Your first visit to a new dentist can be a little bit overwhelming. Let us put your concerns to rest. Our goal is to make your first visit — and every visit after that — pleasant, positive, and comfortable.
Please fill out the New Patient Form prior to your appointment. You can access the form by clicking on the New Patient dropdown located under this tab.
What to Expect
Our doctors will perform a thorough oral examination to identify any conditions that may be present including tooth decay and periodontal disease. At Unlimited Dentistry, we also take the time to perform an oral cancer screening at every visit. This exam will be followed by a consultation about the findings and any treatment recommendations.
We may also clean your teeth during your first visit, or you might be scheduled for a follow-up appointment depending on the condition of your teeth and gums.
You can expect your first appointment will take between an hour and an hour-and-a-half.
What to Bring
To make your visit as pleasant and brief as possible, there are a few things you should bring with you.
If your previous dentist performed dental x-rays during the last six months, bring these to your first appointment. Don’t worry if you don’t have them. We’ll simply take a new set.
Also, please bring an your I.D and your insurance card if you have insurance. Other than that we look forward to meeting you!
